  • - a pinch of cinnamon,
  • - 150 g butter,
  • - 1 glass of flour,

  • - 2 glasses of sugar,
  • - ¾ glasses of sour cream,
  • - 1 tsp baking soda,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - 1 egg.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Beat the softened butter with a mixer with sugar. The result is a homogeneous mixture.

Step 2

In a separate cup, beat the egg and add it to the butter mixture. Continue whipping until creamy. Then you need to add flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon there. Beat everything so that the dry ingredients are slightly moistened.

Step 3

Now we need to add the apples. Mix everything gently and add chopped nuts.

Step 4

The jars must be greased with oil and half filled with dough. The dough will be very sticky at first, but the apple juice will dilute it gradually.

Jars should be placed on a baking sheet, covered with parchment and baked at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Step 6

While the dessert is being prepared, you need to make the sauce: in a medium saucepan over moderate heat, you need to combine butter, sour cream and sugar. Beat everything until the sugar dissolves. After that, the sauce is removed from the stove. Add vanilla there and mix.

This sauce must be poured over the dessert in jars.
