It is necessary

  • - 2 lemons;
  • - 1 kg of veal;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 8 sticks of cloves;
  • - 2 onions of sweet Crimean onions;
  • - 120 g of honey;
  • - 10 g of cinnamon.

Instructions

Step 1

Soak veal in water acidified with lemon juice. We leave it overnight.

Step 2

Put onion rings, carrots, cut into slices, bay leaves and cloves on the bottom of the pan. We take the veal out of the acidic water and place it in a saucepan too.

Step 3

Pour water and wait for it to boil. Add salt to taste, reduce heat to low and cook for about two hours.

Step 4

Rub honey in lemon juice and add cinnamon. Cover a piece of boiled meat with glaze.

Step 5

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and set the boiled pork to bake. In order for the meat to bake well, place the boiled pork on the wire rack, and put a baking sheet under the wire rack (this is necessary so that there is where to drain the juice).

Step 6

We bake the meat for half an hour, sometimes pouring glaze over it. Cool, cut into portions and garnish with parsley.
