A delicious cheesecake will be appropriate for both an everyday breakfast and a festive dinner. And if you decorate it with berries, then no cake can compare with it in beauty and sophistication of taste.
It is necessary
-
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 egg
- 20 g yeast
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 0.5 kg flour
- 150 g butter
- 800 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- sour cream
- sugar
- vanillin
Instructions
Step 1
The cheesecake dough can be different, but its classic version assumes all the same yeast dough. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in warm milk, add an egg to it, mix the emulsion well with a mixer, gradually adding flour to it.
Step 2
When the dough becomes homogeneous, set the mixer aside and mix the melted butter into the dough with your hands. A well-kneaded dough should easily lag behind the walls of the crockery in which it is kneaded. Leave it in a warm place to rise while preparing the filling yourself.
Step 3
Add eggs, vanillin, 8 tbsp to the curd. tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Stir the filling well. If you want a smooth consistency, beat the filling with a mixer or blender.
Step 4
Divide the matched dough into 4 parts, roll each of them into a cake, transfer to a baking sheet and let the dough rise again. In a fluffy tortilla, use your hands or a plate to make a depression in which you put the filling. For a festive option, you can put cranberries, currants or cherries on the top of the filling.
Step 5
Give the cheesecake another 10-15 minutes, brush it with whipped yolk and send it to the oven preheated at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
