Cheesecakes with cottage cheese are delicious pastries. But cottage cheese can be replaced with a sweet apple filling. It turns out no less aromatic, juicy and tasty.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 450 grams of flour,
- - 7 grams of dry yeast,
- - 250 ml of milk,
- - 80 grams of butter,
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- - half a teaspoon of salt.
- For filling:
- - 50 grams of butter,
- - 100 grams of sugar
- - 800 grams of apples,
- - 120 grams of lemon,
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- - ground cinnamon to taste.
- To grease the cheesecakes:
- - 1 egg,
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Add 7 g of dry yeast to the warmed milk, mix.
Step 2
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance, it should be warm, preferably slightly melted. Add butter to yeast milk. Salt, add sugar, stir.
Step 3
Sift the flour twice. Add flour to the yeast mass (it is better to add in small portions, stirring each time). Knead a non-sticky dough.
Step 4
Cover the bowl of dough with a towel and place in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Step 5
After an hour and a half, the dough needs to be kneaded. Leave the dough warm for another 30 minutes to rise.
Step 6
Rinse the apples, cut out the cores, cut into small cubes.
Step 7
Rinse the lemon and squeeze the juice over the apples. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
Step 8
Heat the butter in a frying pan, in which put the apples and honey. Simmer over low heat for about ten minutes. Remove apples from heat, pour syrup into a bowl.
Step 9
Transfer the dough to a work surface. Divide the dough into pieces and roll them into tortillas.
Step 10
Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment. Place dough cakes on parchment and leave warm for 25 minutes.
Step 11
After 25 minutes, make a groove in the cakes and put the apple filling into it.
Step 12
Beat the egg a little, add a spoonful of water to it and stir. Lubricate the cakes with the resulting egg mass. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Bake the cheesecakes for 30 minutes.
