I present to your attention a recipe for a festive dessert in a rather unusual form - in the form of chicken eggs. This dessert is best for Easter. But you can make them on a regular day if there are a lot of egg shells left.
It is necessary
- • 7 chicken eggs
- • 1 glass of juice or compote
- • 3-4 st. l gelatin
- • any berries
- • fresh mint
- • kumquats or any citrus fruits
- • sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
First, dissolve the gelatin in half a glass of cold water.
Step 2
Wash the eggs thoroughly, make holes about 2 cm from the top and remove the contents.
Step 3
Dip the remaining shell into water with baking soda dissolved in it. This will disinfect the eggs.
Step 4
Bring the gelatin dissolved by that time to a boil, but do not boil.
Step 5
Mix juice with sugar and add gelatin.
Step 6
Place the shells in a special stand.
Step 7
First, fresh mint is placed at the very bottom of the shell.
Step 8
Then thinly sliced kumquats or citrus fruits and whole berries are laid.
Everything is filled with gelatin.
Step 9
Put the eggs in the refrigerator for 8 hours to solidify.
Step 10
The shell is pre-cleaned before serving.
