Meat with berry sauce is a win-win! And a little secret ingredient - cherry soda - will make the dish simply delicious!

- - 0.8 liters of cherry cola;
- - 0, 8 Art. cherry jam;
- - 0, 3 tbsp. mustard;
- - 1.5 kg of pork ribs;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. apple bite;
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Remove all excess fat from the ribs, add salt and pepper. Then wrap the pork in foil and put it in the oven for a couple of hours.
Step 2
While the meat is cooking, it's time to start the sauce. Pour the cola into a thick-walled saucepan and put on medium heat. Evaporate to a third of the volume. Then add cherry jam or jam, some soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, mustard. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk and put on low heat. Cook until thickened (about half an hour).
Step 3
Set the grill to preheat. Remove the meat from the oven, open the foil. Remove the ribs and cut in two. Grease each piece with sauce on both sides and place on a preheated grill. Cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown, greasing with sauce in the process. Cool slightly and serve.
