It is necessary

  • - 6 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • - 200 ml sour cream;
  • - 5 ml of mustard;
  • - 100 g of pickled gherkins;
  • - 5 g of sugar;
  • - 1 PC. celery root;
  • - 20 g of green basil;
  • - 5 g of paprika;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a small saucepan, pour cold water into it and add a tablespoon of salt. Stir well to dissolve the salt completely. Place the chicken eggs in the water and place the pot on the stove. After the water boils, mark ten minutes and remove the pot from the stove. This time is enough for the eggs to be hard-boiled. Drain the pot and let the eggs cool completely. Peel the cooled eggs and grind well with a blender.

Step 2

Remove the cucumbers from the brine and place them on paper towels to dry out a little. Finely chop the dried cucumbers. Rinse the celery root well, peel and place in the freezer for twenty minutes. Grate the frozen root on a fine grater.

Step 3

In a separate cup of blender, beat the sour cream, add the mustard to it, and beat again. Add sugar and paprika, stir. The mixture must be completely homogeneous. The sugar should dissolve.

Step 4

Wash basil greens in cold water, dry and chop in a blender or vegetable cutter. In a small, wide cup, whisk together the basil greens, sour cream mixture, eggs, cucumbers, and celery root. Mix everything with a fork. Serve chilled, spread on bread, or as a cold appetizer.
