Salad is rightfully considered the king of the table. The existing variety of recipes allows you to make salads for different tastes and possibilities. Various products are used for cooking - meat and fish, seafood and cheese, fruits and vegetables.
It is necessary
- For sweet pepper salad with nuts and garlic:
- - 650 g sweet pepper;
- - 250 g of walnut kernels;
- - 7 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - parsley greens;
- - sugar;
- - ground pepper;
- - salt.
- For the Macedonian salad:
- - 400 g of potatoes;
- - 200 g of bell pepper;
- - 2 boiled eggs;
- - 200 g of cheese;
- - 15 g of parsley;
- - 80 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 15 ml of vinegar;
- - ground pepper;
- - salt.
- For Hungarian salad:
- - 300 g of boiled chicken breast;
- - 200 g of bell pepper;
- - 3 boiled eggs;
- - greens;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt.
- For Italian Parma Ham Salad:
- - 250 g of tomatoes;
- - 150 g of cucumbers;
- - 160 g sweet pepper;
- - 30 g pitted olives;
- - 30 g pitted olives;
- - 10 g of capers;
- - 130 ml of olive oil;
- - 160 g Parma ham;
- - 120 g of crab meat;
- - 160 g asparagus;
- - 40 g of mayonnaise;
- - 20 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- - ground pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sweet pepper salad with nuts and garlic
Wash sweet peppers well under running water, dry, remove the stalks with seeds and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. After that, cool the pepper and peel it.
Step 2
Make a peanut sauce. To do this, crush the peeled walnuts and cloves of garlic in a mortar, mix with sour cream and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add sugar, black pepper and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients. Season bell peppers with cooked sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 3
Macedonian salad
Wash thoroughly and boil the jacket potatoes. Then peel and cut into cubes. Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, peel and cut into thin strips. Hard boil the eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into large slices. Chop the hard cheese into small cubes. Mix all prepared salad components, add parsley. Place the finished meal in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Make the sauce. To do this, mix vegetable oil with 6% vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the prepared sauce over the salad and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve the Macedonian salad to accompany the meat.
Step 5
Hungarian salad
Rinse the chicken breast, dry and boil in salted water. Then cool and cut into small pieces, and the washed bell pepper into cubes. Hard boil the egg, cool and cut into 4 pieces. Combine prepared foods, salt, pour with mayonnaise and mix gently. Serve the salad garnished with finely chopped herbs.
Step 6
Italian salad with parma ham
Wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Pat dry with a paper towel or napkin and cut into cubes. Add olives, olives and capers. Season with olive oil, salt and ground pepper.
Step 7
Cut the Parma ham into thin slices. Mix canned crab meat with mayonnaise until smooth. Blanch the asparagus for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Place crab meat and asparagus on Parma ham plates, then wrap in small rolls. Transfer the bell pepper, tomato and cucumber vegetable salad to a plate. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over it and place the Parma ham rolls on top.
