Shrimp salad attracts with appetizing, bright appearance and original taste. Another important advantage is its simplicity of preparation. Low-calorie shrimp meat has a rather rich taste and has a number of beneficial properties. Any festive evening will be a success if there is a beautifully decorated delicious salad with shrimps on the table.
It is necessary
- trout or salmon fillet - 50 g;
- red caviar - 3 tablespoons;
- hard cheese - 90 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- tomato - 1 pc;
- peeled boiled-frozen shrimp - 200 g;
- dill and black pepper;
- onions - 1 pc;
- bell peppers;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the peppers into halves, remove the seeds, wash in water, and then dry with paper towels. Throw the defrosted shrimp in a colander, pour over with boiling water and leave for a while so that the liquid has time to drain.
Step 2
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and chop into small cubes. Chop the tomato into cubes. Cut salmon or trout into thin, oblong pieces or squares. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the chopped onion and place on a sieve. When the onion has cooled, combine the previously prepared foods, pepper and salt. Season the resulting mixture with mayonnaise and mix well. Fill the peppers with shrimp salad and garnish with caviar on top. Place the peppercorns on a flat plate and serve as they are.
