It is necessary

  • –Bulgarian pepper of different colors (650 g);
  • –Fresh carrots (340 g);
  • –Fresh onions (3-4 pcs.);
  • –Green tomatoes (4 pcs.);
  • - vegetable oil (80 ml);
  • –Acetic 6% (70 ml);
  • - granulated sugar (1, 5 tsp);
  • –Salt (1 tbsp. L.);
  • –Black ground pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to prepare all the vegetables in advance. To do this, take pepper, rinse thoroughly under running water, remove visible dirt. Cut the stalk with a sharp knife and remove all the seeds. Remove the white streaks inside the pepper. Chop the vegetable into thin strips.

Step 2

Onions should also be washed, peeled and cut into strips. Transfer the onions to a separate cup. Next, take the tomatoes, wash, and then chop them into cubes. Then add the tomatoes to the onions. The carrots can be grated for Korean carrots or simply chopped into small pieces.

Step 3

Place a deep and large saucepan on the hotplate. Add all prepared vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the vegetable mixture on the stove for about 10-15 minutes. Then pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Remember to stir the vegetables periodically.

Step 4

The next step is to add vinegar. Make sure that the fumes from the bite do not enter the upper respiratory tract. For this, it is better to keep your face away from the pan. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 5

Put bacon in prepared jars, cover with sterile lids. Pour hot water into a separate saucepan, put on the stove. Sterilize the jars in this saucepan for at least 10-12 minutes.
