Cakes have long been a reason for getting rid of depression and positive mood, and if the cake is made with your own hands, then this is also a reason for your own pride.
Ingredients for the biscuit:
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 cup flour;
- 4 eggs;
- Vanillin (on the tip of a knife).
Ingredients for the filling:
- Bank of boiled condensed milk;
- 150 g sour cream 10%;
- Fat-free cottage cheese;
- 2 kiwi.
Preparation:
- In order for the biscuit to turn out, it is necessary to separate the proteins in advance, place them in a deep bowl and start whisking. It is best to do this on an electric mixer at the slowest speed until a sour cream consistency is formed. In the process of whipping, add sugar and vanilla.
- When the mass becomes thick and white, add the yolks to it. Next, add the sifted flour in portions and knead the thin dough. This should be done from top to bottom with a spoon. We make sure that no flour lumps form.
- Put the ready-made mixture in a pre-greased form and send it to the preheated oven. We set the temperature to 190-200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not open the oven lid to prevent the dough from dropping.
- While the biscuit is baking, you can prepare the filling. In fact, everything here depends only on your imagination, desires and taste preferences. Peel and cut the kiwi into small pieces. Next, mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and achieve a homogeneous mass using a mixer. We leave a little boiled condensed milk to grease the top of the cake.
- The final step is to assemble the cake. Cut the biscuit into halves (we got three) and coat each with the prepared filling. We coat the uppermost part with the remaining condensed milk. Peel the kiwi and cut into equal slices and decorate our cake.
- We leave the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
