This aromatic and delicious salad belongs to Greek cuisine. It is based on sun-dried tomatoes, baked chicken and Parmesan cheese.
  It is necessary
- For the salad:
 - - chicken fillet - 300 gr.;
 - - sun-dried tomatoes - 100 gr.;
 - - Parmesan - 50 gr.;
 - - green salad (for example, radicho) - 150 gr.;
 - - garlic;
 - - black pepper / peas;
 - - dried herbs.
 - For refueling:
 - - vegetable oil - 50 ml;
 - - mustard - 1 tsp;
 - - lemon (juice);
 - - salt pepper.
 
Instructions
Step 1
Grind salt, pepper, herbs in a mortar, add a little vegetable oil, finely chopped garlic.
Rub the chicken fillet with the resulting composition and wrap it in foil.
We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet and tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the cheese thinly.
Step 3
Preparing the dressing. To do this, mix the mustard, oil, lemon juice. Salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the dressing with green salad.
We spread the ingredients in the following sequence - lettuce, tomatoes, fillet, on top - Parmesan.
