Juicy, fragrant and delicious chicken wings cooked on charcoal will not leave anyone indifferent. Such a shish kebab is prepared quite quickly, in comparison with other types of meat.
Ingredients for making wing skewers:
- 16 chilled wings;
- ripe tomato;
- the head of an onion;
- half a pod of sweet pepper;
- various greens (parsley, dill, cilantro);
- spices: coriander, turmeric, pepper;
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt or soy sauce to taste.
Cooking chicken wings on the wire rack:
1. Rinse the chicken wings, dry and put in a deep saucepan or bowl.
2. Peel the tomato and chop finely. You also need to chop onions, herbs and bell peppers. Pour chopped vegetables and herbs into a container with chicken wings.
3. Mix everything, add the selected spices, mayonnaise, soy sauce or salt.
4. The finished marinade should be tasted to achieve the optimum degree of salting.
5. Mix everything well again and marinate for 2 hours.
6. Each wing can be pierced with a skewer or fork before baking and put on the wire rack.
7. You need to cook the kebab from the wings on not too hot coals so as not to burn. The wire rack should be turned over more often for even frying.
8. Put the finished wings on a plate, add fresh or baked vegetables and sauce to taste. You can also sprinkle the chicken wings with fresh, fragrant herbs.
