Meat loaves are essentially the same cutlets, but much more useful for the hostess - you don't have to stand at the stove for an hour, and for everyone at home - the loaves are not fried in oil, but baked in the oven, so they are much healthier than their fried high-calorie counterparts.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of any minced meat;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 5 g of tomato paste;
- - medium onion;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - one fresh tomato;
- - any greens;
- - black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in butter or margarine - do not fry too much. Allow time to cool down.
Step 2
Mix the minced meat with onion, egg, black pepper, salt and any spices.
Step 3
Take a little more than half of all the cheese and cut into small cubes. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix everything with minced meat.
Step 4
Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices, set aside until needed.
Step 5
Take a rectangular or square shape (preferably silicone), put the minced meat in it, grease the surface with tomato paste. To make the taste softer, you can mix the pasta with a little sour cream or cream, then everything is covered with overlapping tomato circles.
Step 6
Put the form on baking in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When the time is up, take out the form, drain the excess liquid that has formed and quickly, while the dish is hot, sprinkle with pre-grated cheese so that it can melt under the influence of heat.
Step 7
Put the finished loaf to cool, and before serving, cut into pieces of any thickness.
