- 350 g of finished dough;

- 3 medium sized tomatoes;

- ½ bunch of basil;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of parsley;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;

- 100 g of goat cheese;

- 100 g of parmesan;

- 150 g mozzarella;

- salt and spices to taste.

In this recipe, you can also use any other cheese, such as Adyghe, suluguni or camembert.

Defrost the finished dough at room temperature. Wash the tomatoes, sprinkle with boiling water and peel. Then cut them into small cubes and put them together with the secreted juice in a cup. Season with a little salt to taste, season with your favorite spices, add olive oil to them and stir.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer of the desired size, put it on a baking sheet or in a refractory dish greased with olive oil. Brush the dough with cooked tomato sauce, sprinkle with parsley and basil. Top with mozzarella slices, crush the goat cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. With this recipe, you can make the dough yourself and very quickly. The main condition is that you need to cook it with the addition of exceptionally warm water so that it turns out to be more elastic.

Ingredients for the dough:

- 350 g flour with baking powder;

- 150 ml of water;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;

- a pinch of salt.

Ingredients for the filling:

- 2-3 tomatoes;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of basil greens;

- 100 g of bacon or any sausage;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;

- 5 slices of mozzarella;

- 50 g parmesan;

- 4 gherkins;

- 6 olives.

Mix flour with water in a mixer, add olive oil and salt. Knead the dough, adding a little water or flour as needed. It should become soft, elastic, but not stick to your hands. Let the dough rest a little under the plastic wrap, roll it into a thin layer and place in a frying pan greased with olive oil. Place the dough in a skillet over low heat.

This will make the pizza cook even faster in the oven.

While the bottom of the dough is browning, brush it with olive oil, put tomato slices, bacon slices, chopped gherkins, olives and mozzarella on top of it. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan. And then put it in a well-heated oven for 7-10 minutes, setting it on the grill mode.
