You and your family will definitely like this cake. It can be prepared by both an experienced and a novice cook.
Ingredients:
- ½ liter of kefir;
- 80 g of cow butter (you can replace 100 g of margarine);
- 3 cups wheat flour;
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 cup full of granulated sugar.
Preparation:
- Pour granulated sugar into a deep container and break the eggs. Then they must be thoroughly beaten using a mixer. As a result, a persistent and very fluffy foam should form.
- Pour the required amount of soda into kefir. Stir everything well and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Foam should appear on the surface of the kefir. Then it is poured into a bowl of eggs. The resulting mass must be thoroughly mixed.
- Next, you need to prepare the butter. To do this, they put it in an iron container and put it on a small fire. With frequent stirring, the oil is brought to a liquid state, but do not let it get too hot. Then this ingredient is poured into a common container.
- Pre-sifted wheat flour is poured into the same container in carefully mixed liquid ingredients. Knead the dough. It should turn out to be viscous and slightly thick. Ideally, its consistency should be similar to that of boiled condensed milk.
- Divide the dough in half by placing it in 2 different containers. Pour cocoa powder into one of the containers and mix everything well. As a result, one half of the dough will remain white, and the other will acquire a chocolate tint.
- For baking, it is best to use a round shape. Its bottom and sides must be thoroughly lubricated with vegetable or melted cow oil.
- Then you can start forming the cake. You will need a tablespoon for this. It is necessary to take alternately white and chocolate dough and put it in the very middle of the form. It will gradually blur and, as a result, a very spectacular and unusual pattern is formed. Repeat the process until the dough runs out.
- The form must be placed in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 35 minutes, the delicious pie is ready. It can be served hot or warm.
