This delicious, and most importantly original dish will delight all members of your family.
Using the listed amount of food, you can cook about twenty nests.
It is necessary
- • 500 g of fish fillet (it can be both pike perch, pink salmon, and others);
- • 400 g of loaf;
- • 200 g of onions;
- • 1/2-liter milk;
- • 150 g of cheese;
- • greens;
- • pepper;
- • vegetable oil;
- • mayonnaise;
- • salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, we prepare the filling for the nests. To do this, chop the onion, fish and herbs. Mix all chopped ingredients thoroughly.

Grate the cheese.

We cut the loaf into pieces that are two centimeters thick. In each of them, make a small depression, crushing the crumb with your hand.

Thoroughly grease the form with oil and put the pieces on it.
Step 5
Put the fish and onion filling into the recesses and grease the surface with mayonnaise.

We put in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
