Fish Nests is a versatile dish that is perfect for breakfast, picnic or simply as a snack on a festive table. The nests are prepared on the basis of the loaf. When baked, it will not dry out, because pre-loaf is soaked in milk. The fish filling tastes incredibly tender. Preparing nests is quick and easy. This appetizer will pleasantly surprise your guests.

- - onion 200 g

- - cheese 150 g
- - vegetable oil
- - mayonnaise

Step 1
Fish, onions and herbs must be finely chopped. Combine these ingredients, mix, salt and pepper a little.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Cut the loaf into slices. Each slice must be at least 2 cm.

Dip each slice in milk, and then fry a little on both sides in vegetable oil.

Cover the baking dish with foil (baking paper is also suitable). Lay out the bread. Crush the crumb of each piece with your fingers, thus making a small depression.
