Clafoutis is a French dessert. The peculiarity of the dessert is that fruits or berries are poured with sweet liquid egg dough. Then the dessert is baked in tins and served on the table in them. Classic clafoutis are made from pitted cherries, I suggest trying blackberry clafoutis.

- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - sugar - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - flour - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - milk 2, 5% - 250 ml;
- - butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - cinnamon - 0.5 tsp

Step 1
Sort out the blackberries, rinse with water, dry a little with a towel. In a coffee grinder, turn 4 tablespoons of sugar into a powder. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with cinnamon.
Step 2
Dough preparation. Beat eggs with a mixer. Add the icing sugar and beat until tender. Gradually, in small portions, add flour, without ceasing to beat the mixture so that there are no lumps. Then pour in the milk. Stir again, the mixture should become creamy and smooth.
Step 3
Take several baking tins (6-8 centimeters in diameter), grease them with butter. Put the berries on the bottom, fill them with dough. Bake the dessert in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown). Remove the clafoutis from the oven and cool slightly. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Garnish with fresh blackberries. Serve in tins. Dessert is ready.
