Delicate vanilla-curd dessert goes well with rhubarb sauce. The dessert is light, healthy and low in calories. I suggest trying to cook a dish according to a simple recipe.

- - cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - natural yogurt (classic) - 100 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 20 g;
- - rhubarb (stems) - 3-4 pcs.;
- - corn starch - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - honey - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - water - 200 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the sauce. Wash the rhubarb with water, carefully remove the top layer. Cut the stems into small sticks or cubes.
Step 2
Add sugar to the water, bring to a boil. Dip the chopped rhubarb in the syrup and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the rhubarb is tender. Save a few slices of boiled rhubarb for garnish. Grind the rest together with the syrup with a blender until a thick sauce. Then add the starch to the sauce and mix well. Place in a cool place for 10 minutes. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Combine cottage cheese with yogurt, honey and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer or blender.
Step 4
Put cottage cheese in layers in bowls, then rhubarb sauce, cottage cheese again and sauce again. Refrigerate dessert for 2 hours. Garnish with mint leaves and chunks of boiled rhubarb before serving. Dessert is ready!
