- - 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar (7-10 gr.);
- - a quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
- - 360 gr. flour;
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - chocolate cream for the filling;
- - any decoration for baking (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cover two baking sheets with baking paper.
Step 2
All cookie ingredients should be at room temperature. Beat butter with sugar (vanilla and regular) using a mixer until an airy consistency. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat the mass.
Step 3
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder and add to the cream in the following order: a few tablespoons of flour, a little milk and again a few tablespoons of flour, until these ingredients run out. At this time, we do not stop whipping the cream, so that in the end we get an airy and homogeneous dough.
Step 4
Put the dough on a baking sheet with a large spoon, be sure to leave 2-2.5 cm of space between the future cookies. We decorate the whoopi with any baking decoration and send it to the oven for 7-10 minutes.
Step 5
Put the whoopi on the wire rack, let them cool down, connect 2 cookies each with the help of chocolate cream.
