I tried this cake for the first time at my friend's birthday party, I was struck by its delicate taste. It is best to cook such a cake on the eve of the celebration, in the evening, so that the cakes are properly soaked during the night - and then it will simply melt in your mouth and guests will shower you with compliments!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 8 eggs,
- - 1, 5 glasses of sugar,
- - 2 cups of flour,
- - 2 tsp soda quenched with vinegar,
- - 3 tbsp. l. cocoa.
- For the cream:
- - 2 eggs,
- - 0.5 liters of milk,
- - 1 cup of sugar,
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour,
- - vanillin.
- For impregnation:
- - 0.5 glasses of any juice or water,
- - 6 tbsp. l. Sahara.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar until a fluffy white mass, add soda, flour, beat well with a mixer. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Pour cocoa into one part, mix. We bake 2 cakes in a mold greased with margarine. For cream, beat eggs with sugar, add flour, stirring, pour in cold milk in a thin stream. Bring to a boil, add vanillin, boil for 2-3 minutes. Cool it down.
Step 2
For impregnation: add sugar to juice or water, cook syrup. Cut the cooled cakes in half lengthwise. Remove the crumbs in a circular motion from the inside of the cakes.
Step 3
We collect the cake, soaking the cakes with syrup and greasing with cream, alternating between light and dark cakes. Cover the top and sides with cream, sprinkle with crumbs.
