Sometimes you want to quickly cook pickled mushrooms, but in almost all recipes you need to wait at least 12 hours. This recipe is a real find for housewives who don't want to wait at all. You can use it to cook delicious pickled champignons in just half an hour.

It is necessary

  • - 500 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 150 ml of sunflower oil;
  • - 50 ml vinegar 9%;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 bay leaves;
  • - 8 allspice and black peppercorns each;
  • - 1 st. a spoonful of sugar, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse fresh champignons, peel, let water drain from them. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, peel the garlic too, cut into slices.

Step 2

Preheat an empty, clean frying pan, place whole mushrooms on it. It is not required to lubricate the pan with oil - the mushrooms will give juice during the frying process. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil with vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaf. Pour the fragrant marinade into the mushrooms, cover, simmer for 10 minutes. During this time, stir the mushrooms a couple of times.

Step 4

Transfer the mushrooms to a convenient bowl along with the marinade, add the chopped onion and garlic, stir, and leave to cool completely. In 15 minutes, the onion and garlic will also be marinated, acquiring an incredible taste. These pickled mushrooms can be served as an appetizer for various side dishes.
