Shrimp with mango and glass noodles is an appetizer that belongs to Chinese cuisine. Her taste turns out to be quite spicy due to hot pepper, vinegar and a combination of shrimp with mango.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 500 g of peeled boiled shrimp;
- - 500 g mango;
- - 120 g of rice noodles;
- - 3 leeks;
- 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt, basil.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the noodles in boiling water for 15 minutes. After that, fold it in a colander, rinse under cold running water.
Step 2
Place the peeled shrimp in a large bowl.
Step 3
Peel the mango, chop finely, send to the shrimp. Add chopped jalapeno peppers, basil, and chopped leeks.
Step 4
Mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt separately. The sugar should be completely dissolved.
Step 5
Pour one half of the finished dressing into the shrimp, the other half into the rice noodles.
Step 6
Spread the noodles in portioned salad bowls or bowls, top with the mango-shrimp mixture.
