Instructions
Step 1
First, you should cook the broth with beef brisket, adding 1 carrot and onion, bay leaf and black pepper to it. When the broth is cooked, remove the onions and carrots from it.
Step 2
The meat must be separated from the bone and cut into strips, then put back into the boiling broth. While the meat is boiling, it is necessary to cut the pickled cucumbers into strips and add to the broth.
Step 3
Also cut sausages, smoked chicken and sausage into strips. Fry them in a skillet for two minutes and place in the boiling broth.
Step 4
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add tomato paste and fry for another minute. Place in a saucepan with meat.

Cut the cucumbers into strips and put in the soup. At the end of cooking, season with salt and capers.
