Combine the resulting almond crumbs with chopped cookies. Heat 60 grams of baking margarine over low heat, cool and then grind with 2 yolks.
Sprinkle the surface of the kitchen table with a small amount of flour and use a wooden rolling pin to roll out a layer of dough 0.5 cm thick. Cut out the circles with a glass. Lubricate them with a mixture of margarine and yolks. Sprinkle the circles of the pies with crumbs of almonds and cookies and put the cherries on top with the pieces of "Cow" sweets. We form a pie from each circle, sealing the edges well.
