  • - 300 g flour;

  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 100 g of cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare an elastic dough from water, flour, eggs, salt and vegetable oil. Roll it out and cut into rectangles. Cook the dough pieces in salted water for 5 minutes. Discard them in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Step 2

Make a sauce called bolognese sauce. To prepare it, chop the onions, parsley, carrots and garlic. Spread everything in vegetable oil. Add minced meat to this mixture and fry until tender. Then season everything with pepper, black and red, cover with red wine and salt.

Step 3

Scald the tomatoes and peel them, add to the sauce and cook until thickened (this is about 40 minutes).

Step 4

Make béchamel sauce. Fry flour in butter and dilute with milk. Cook until thick, season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish, fold the pieces of dough into it and pour over the bolognese sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Then add another layer of dough and cover with the béchamel sauce. Alternate layers until you run out of ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
