It is necessary

  • - 150 ml fat cream;
  • - 75 g of sugar, flour;
  • - 15 g cocoa;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - baking powder.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder together. Sift flour into the dry mixture. Knead the dough, place it on a baking sheet, flatten it to form a thin layer. Bake the cake for 10-15 minutes at an average temperature of 180 degrees.

Step 2

Remove the finished crust from the oven, transfer it carefully to baking paper, roll it carefully into a roll. Cover with a wet towel, leave to cool completely.

Step 3

Prepare the cream for the roll for now. To do this, lightly beat 150 ml of heavy cream. But you can take thick sour cream, whisk it with a whisk with the addition of powdered sugar - you will also get a good filling for a Swiss roll.

Step 4

Now gently unfold the cooled roll cake, coat with cream, roll up again. Before greasing, it is recommended to soak the cake with lemon juice or cognac - this will make the roll softer.

Step 5

On top of the finished Swiss roll, you can smear the cream that has flowed out from the sides. Serve chilled, cut into thin portioned "slices". Any jam, jam or condensed milk can be used as a filling.
