Swiss carrot cake can be prepared not only as a daily treat, but also served at the festive table. Due to the original appearance, at first glance, it is impossible to understand that this is a carrot cake.

- - 2 tbsp. flour
- - cinnamon
- - baking powder for the dough

- - 250 g of cottage cheese
- - 3 eggs
- - 100 g cream cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour with a little cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Chop the walnuts, and grate the carrots on a fine grater. To prepare the dish, you will need two glasses of grated carrots.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and butter. Combine the curd and flour mixture in one container. Mix everything thoroughly and add chopped walnuts.
Step 3
Place the dough in an even layer in a baking dish. Bake the cake in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
Step 4
Separately prepare your carrot cake decorating cream. To do this, mix the butter, icing sugar and cream cheese. Beat all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
Step 5
Cool the cake after cooking and cut into two cakes. Lubricate one part with cream and cover with the second piece. Spread the remaining cream on top of the cake and garnish with whole or chopped walnuts.
