Traditional donuts are a round golden ball or donut (in the form of a ring). Donuts are fried in a lot of oil, cooking oil. They are eaten hot. They are easy to prepare and do not take longer to fry.

- 2 kg of flour;
- 1 liter of milk;
- 40 g dry yeast;
- 200 g sugar;
- salt;
- 15 eggs;
- 200 g butter;
- powdered sugar;
- cooking oil
- large amounts of vegetable oil for deep fat.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 800 g flour into a saucepan, add one liter of hot (boiling) milk and stir everything. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 2
Dissolve 40 g of dry yeast in a little cold milk. Add the diluted yeast to the flour pan and stir again well. Leave the dough to rise.
Step 3
When the dough has risen, add sugar, 15 yolks, whipped whites and the remaining flour, salt. Knead the dough for about one hour.
Step 4
Add 200 g of melted butter, stir and leave to rise.
Step 5
Divide the finished dough into apple-sized pieces. Roll into a ball and sprinkle with flour. Place them on a baking sheet to fill with oxygen.
Step 6
Pour vegetable oil or cooking oil into a deep saucepan, heat it to a boiling state.
Step 7
Deep-fry the donuts and fry until golden brown. Remove donuts from deep fat with a colander.
Step 8
