  • Take for icing:
  • 1. Powdered sugar - 250 grams;
  • 2. fresh raspberries - 4 berries;
  • 3. raspberry syrup - 2 tablespoons;
  • 4. decorative dressing.

Instructions

Step 1

Set the oven to warm up to 190 degrees. Mix milk and butter, heat, add yeast. Add sugar, vanillin, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract to the yeast. Add flour, mix until smooth. Add eggs, beat the mixture after each egg.

Step 2

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel, and leave in a warm place for a couple of hours.

Step 3

Lubricate the donut mold with oil. Roll out the dough into a layer. Cut out the circles, put them in the molds. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for forty minutes. Then put in the oven for eight minutes. Remove donuts from molds, cool.

Step 4

Prepare the icing. To do this, wipe the raspberries through a sieve, mix with powdered sugar until smooth, add syrup, mix. Dip the donuts in the icing, place on a wire rack, sprinkle with decorative powder and wait until they harden a little.
