Making iced custard donuts is easy. It turns out to be a great treat for the whole family.

- 1. milk, water - 130 milliliters each;
- 2. butter - 60 grams;
- 3. flour - 150 grams;
- 4. eggs - 4 pieces;
- 5. icing sugar - 150 grams;
- 6. lemon juice, a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil milk with butter and water over low heat. Remove from heat, add flour immediately. Mix - the mass should easily lag behind the walls of the container. Gather the dough into a ball and let cool.
Step 2
Add eggs to the dough, stir until smooth. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag (the nozzle should be "star").
Step 3
Prepare pieces of baking paper (15x15), coat them with oil. For each piece, squeeze a circle from the dough, dip it into the butter together with the paper, hold one end of the paper - after five seconds the donut will slide off.
Step 4
Fry the donuts over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Then place them on paper napkins to keep any excess oil on the glass.

Then it remains to dip the resulting custard donuts in lemon icing and enjoy your meal!
