In the meantime, take a second pot, pour water into it and place it on the water bath stove. In this water bath, melt the curd mass for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. After the cheese has melted, add sugar or honey as desired. If during the cooking process it turned out not processed cheese, but curd cheese, then, perhaps, there was not enough soda. Soda can be added gradually, if necessary, during the cooking process. The amount of soda used directly depends on the acidity level of the curd. If you add more baking soda than you need to, you can spoil the taste of the processed cheese.

Now the sweet processed cheese needs to be put into the mold. To do this, you can purchase special molds (for ice or cookies) of various shapes. Line a mold with cling film, lay out the processed cheese and cover with plastic wrap to avoid crusting. Chill the cheese at room temperature, and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Beautifully shaped processed chocolate cheese will surely be appreciated not only by children, but also by adults.

You will need:

- 500 g of cottage cheese;

- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

- 100 g of butter;

- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;

- ½ tsp soda;

- dried apricots, raisins, nuts - to taste.

To make sweet cheese using this recipe, purchase drier cottage cheese or make it yourself. Place the curd in a strainer, cheesecloth, or colander and place in a saucepan or bowl to allow excess liquid to drain.

Put dry cottage cheese in a saucepan, add eggs, butter, sugar and dried fruits of your choice (dried apricots, raisins). You can also use nuts. Mix all the ingredients well together.

Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. You will soon notice that the curd begins to melt. More baking soda can be added if necessary. After 10-15 minutes, remove the curd from the stove, transfer to a blender and beat to remove all the lumps.

Cover the cheese molds with cling film. Arrange the finished cheese in molds, cover with foil and leave to cool. After 2-3 hours, sweet processed cheese with fruit can be eaten. Bon Appetit!
