Meat sauce is a great addition to a wide variety of dishes. But sometimes he himself can become the star of dinner or lunch. Hot meat sauce will become a highlight of your table and an excellent independent dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 onions;
- - a liter of meat broth;
- - 4 carrots;
- - 2 chili peppers;
- - 5-6 st. l. tomato paste;
- - 800 g beans (canned);
- - grater;
- - garlic press.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onions finely. On a coarse grater, grate the washed and peeled carrots. Cut the chili peppers: cut the green tails, halve and carefully remove the seeds. Cut the hot ingredient into thin strips. Heat oil in a skillet and fry prepared vegetables a little.
Step 2
Rinse and cut the meat into small pieces. Add it to toasted vegetables. Fry the mixture until crumbly. Be sure to stir the ingredients in the pan periodically.
Step 3
Squeeze out the garlic using a press ("crusher"). Mix it with tomato paste, add to prepared vegetables with meat. Cook everything for a couple of minutes. Pour in the broth and wait until it boils. Reduce heat by half and simmer for at least half an hour.
Step 4
Place the beans in a colander and wait for the liquid to drain completely. Add to stewed sauce, stir. Add spices to taste. Reheat before serving, if necessary. Divide the sauce into small bowls / mugs and serve.
