I must say right away that this is one of the most elegant, so to speak, recipes. For all its simplicity, it turns out to be a very tasty and effective dish. I assure you that after the end of the festive evening, no matter how much you cook, you will not have to take away the remnants of this yummy.
It is necessary
- Champignons 10-15 pcs
- Hard mild cheese 100-150 g
- Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Onions - 2 small heads
- Sunflower oil to taste
- Greens - parsley, dill
Instructions
Step 1
We take large champignons, carefully separate the legs. We put the hats aside for now.
Step 2
Finely chop the legs, add finely chopped onion, a little salt. Fry this whole mixture in vegetable oil until the onions take on a golden color.
Step 3
Now the mixture will cool down a little, but for now we will rub the cheese, with which we will then mix the mixture. Don't forget about sour cream.
Step 4
Gently stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting mixture, put them in a frying pan, which is already waiting for us hot and with butter, under the lid. We fry all this over low heat, swallowing saliva and trying to withstand at least 20 minutes.
Step 5
We take it out, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and watch with pleasure how the guests sweep the dish off the table.
Best served warm. In any case, I think this dish will not have time to cool down.
