Step 1
Soak the loaf in sour cream, boil 4 eggs and potatoes.

Pass the fish through a meat grinder along with a loaf. Mix the resulting minced fish with 2 raw eggs, half a glass of vegetable oil, pepper, salt.

Peel and mash boiled potatoes with a fork. Add it to the minced fish. Put 1-2 tablespoons of crackers so that the minced meat is not runny.

Peel the onion and fry with a little oil. Peel the boiled eggs and chop finely.

Form cakes from minced fish, put eggs mixed with fried onions in the center and pinch the edges.
