The salad with pasta and ham is hearty, but at the same time light and healthy. Especially if you take durum wheat pasta. Moreover, you cook vegetables in a double boiler, thereby preserving the entire set of nutrients. This seemingly simple salad turns out to be very useful.
  It is necessary
- - 200 g of pasta;
 - - 150 g ham;
 - - 3 stalks of celery:
 - - 250 g broccoli;
 - - 250 g of carrots;
 - - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
 - - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
 - - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
 - - 2 pcs. sweet red pepper;
 - - 100 g of cheese;
 - - 1 clove of garlic;
 - - black pepper.
 
Instructions
Step 1
Boil curly pasta, put in a colander. Cook the broccoli and carrots in a double boiler. Cool the prepared vegetables. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, rinse under running cold water. Place vegetables in a coarse sieve and drain.
Step 2
Cut the celery stalk into cubes, diced peppers and carrots, broccoli into circles, ham into strips.
Step 3
Preparing the dressing. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice. Add pepper to taste. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix with the squeezed garlic and add to the dressing.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing. Transfer the salad to a nice salad bowl, add the parsley leaves and serve.
