This recipe came to us from sunny Spain, where pasta is used as the main ingredient in many dishes. The salad is prepared very quickly and does not require large expenses. The composition contains pasta, but due to the large content of healthy vegetables, the dish turns out to be light and tasty.
It is necessary
- pasta - 300-400 gr.
- ham - 250 gr.
- canned corn - 100 gr.
- carrots - 2-3 pcs.
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- pitted olives - 28 pcs.
- egg - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 250-300 ml
- vinegar
- salt
- rosemary - 100-250 gr.
- parsley - 100 gr.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cook for 15-18 minutes in a saucepan of boiling water. Remove the peppers and dry on a plate. Use a knife to separate the peppers from the peel.
Step 2
Throw a sprig of rosemary into a pot of boiling water, then throw in the pasta, season with salt and cook for 8-12 minutes. Drain the pasta into a colander and dry.
Step 3
Break the egg into a deep glass, add a little vinegar, olive oil, a pinch of salt and beat with a blender. Add the pulp of the pepper and stir well with a spoon.
Step 4
Dice the ham, peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Put everything in a deep bowl along with canned corn and olives. Add pasta and stir, pour over all with homemade mayonnaise with pepper pulp. The salad is ready, bon appetit!
