Fish soup can be called a traditional dish of Russian cuisine. However, if you are tired of ordinary fish soups and want to diversify your menu a little, then you can try to cook the fish soup in the Finnish style.
It is necessary
- - 400 grams of pike
- - 300 gr of milk
- - 3 potatoes
- - 1 onion
- - butter
- - 1 tbsp flour
- - 3 pcs. allspice
- - dill
- - parsley
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
We clean the pike, gut, rinse and cut into large pieces of the same size.
Step 2
We wash the onion and cut it on both sides.
Step 3
Put the onion in a saucepan, add pepper and fill with water.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into strips and put them in the broth brought to a boil.
Step 5
As soon as the potatoes become softer, throw the fish into the pan.
Step 6
Dilute the flour in milk and add the mixture to the broth vat. Cook until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Step 7
Remove the ear from the heat, season with chopped herbs and oil.
