Very often, you can cook quite an original and tasty dish from unusual products in a couple of minutes, which will delight your guests and family. The composition of the dish is not very complicated, and the ingredients that you do not have can be purchased at any supermarket.

- - beef 300 g
- - champignons 100 g
- - bacon 8 slices
- - onion 1 pc.
- - bread (white) 3 slices
- - chicken egg 1 pc.
- - cow's milk 50 ml
- - garlic one clove
- - basil 4 leaves
- - olive oil, necessary for frying and for greasing 2 tbsp. l. + 1 tbsp. l.
- - rosemary (dry leaves) 1 large pinch
- - salt, black pepper (ground) to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pork and beef must be cut into pieces. Make minced meat and add garlic there.

The bacon should be cut into thin plates or slices. In this case, preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

Peel the onion and chop it finely. The champignons need to be wiped with a rag (you do not need to wash them) and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan, it is imperative to preheat the olive oil and put the onions there, while frying it over very low heat until golden brown.

Then add the mushrooms and mix it all, you can add a little fire and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. A minute before cooking, add a couple of basil leaves.

It is necessary to remove the crust from the bread (it is not needed), and the pulp must be rubbed with milk until a homogeneous mass is formed.

In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat, soaked bread, egg, onion and mushroom mixture and add pepper and salt.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with olive oil. You need to form a "loaf" from the minced meat.

Then wrap it in slices of bacon and tuck the edges under the minced meat.

You should get exactly the shape of the "loaf".

Sprinkle everything with rosemary and place in the oven. After about 10 minutes, this temperature must be reduced to 180 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes. It is not worth watering the "loaf" with juice, the bacon plates themselves will melt and moisten all the minced meat with their own juice.

Remove the appetizer from the oven and cover with foil for 15 minutes. This will help the juices not to leak out, but to be drawn into the loaf and meat, thus making it very juicy.
