    • For cabbage and cucumber soup:
    • 0.5 l of curdled milk;

    • two onions;

    • ground black pepper to taste.
    • For sweet soup:
    • 1 liter of yogurt;
    • 200 g pitted prunes;
    • 2 tablespoons of raisins;
    • 2 apples
    • 2 pears
    • 2 bananas;
    • 2 walnuts
    • 1 tablespoon toasted almonds
    • 250 g of cottage cheese;
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 1

Make yogurt soup with cabbage and cucumbers. Cut the washed and peeled carrots, cucumbers and cabbage into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the onions.

Put prepared carrots and cabbage, salt, ground black pepper in boiling water. Bring the mixture to a boil and refrigerate. Then add cucumbers, cut into thin strips, curdled milk to the vegetables and sprinkle with dill. Serving this soup to the table, put sour cream in the plates.

This sweet yogurt soup will appeal to both adults and children. It will take very little time to prepare such a tasty and healthy dish. The main thing is to prepare dried fruits in advance. Rinse prunes and raisins well, cover with hot boiled water and leave until softened. Strain the water and finely chop the prunes.
