Instructions
Step 1
Cut a fresh cucumber into slices. Skewer alternately cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a round of cucumber and olive oil; place the skewers with appetizers on a plate, sprinkle with ground black pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with basil.
Step 2
Cut the lemon into round wedges. Cut each wedge into quarters. Cut the cheese and ham into small cubes. Prepare and peel the shrimp. On a skewer, place a slice of cheese, olive, shrimp and a slice of lemon. You can make a snack by skewering cheese, medium-sized canned champignon, ham and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Add a raw egg, salt, spices to the lean minced meat. Sculpt small patties and fry them in vegetable oil until tender. Cool the patties. Cut the hard cheese into medium-sized slices. On a skewer, place a slice of cheese, a cutlet and a small pickled cucumber. Put the appetizer on a plate and garnish with lettuce leaves.
