Step 1
Make a dough. Heat the milk a little, then mix with one teaspoon of sugar and dry yeast. Leave it on for a while until the yeast begins to foam.

Mix the sifted flour with salt, make a depression in it. Pour in yeast mixture, add melted butter and egg.

Knead the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands until smooth. After kneading the elastic dough, place in a clean bowl and place in a warm place to rise for 1.5 hours.
