It is necessary

    • Dough:
    • 3, 5 tbsp flour (6 tbsp for dough);
    • 4 tbsp. l sugar;
    • 1 bag of dry yeast;
    • 1, 5 glasses of milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • salt;
    • 2/3 cup vegetable oil.
    • Filling:
    • 1 pink salmon;
    • 1 cup rice
    • 5 onions;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a dough dough. Mix flour, sugar and dry yeast in a saucepan or bowl, pour in slightly warmed milk and stir everything well again. You should have a lump-free batter. Let the dough stand in a warm, draft-free place for ten minutes, until it foams.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add them to the dough. Then add flour and knead the dough, gradually pouring in the vegetable oil. When kneading, the dough is enriched with oxygen, and this contributes to the development of yeast and a significant increase in volume. Cover it with a towel and leave for forty minutes.

While the dough is coming up, prepare the filling. Cut the fish, separate the flesh from the skin and bones, cut into very small pieces. Put them in a skillet and fry over low heat in a little vegetable oil. Lightly season with salt just before cooking.

Step 4

Pour rice with cold water, salt and cook over low heat after boiling for ten to fifteen minutes. Then remove the pan from the stove and let the rice sit for another five to seven minutes to swell. After that, fold it in a colander, rinse well and let the water drain.

Step 5

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry until golden brown. In a separate bowl, combine fish, rice and fried onions, and season with salt.

Step 6

Put the finished dough on the table, roll it into a "sausage" and divide into twenty-twenty-five equal parts. Their number depends on what size pies you like best. Roll each piece into a cake, put the filling in its middle. Pinch the edges of each pie.

Step 7

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the pies on it with the seam down and leave them to stand in a warm place for another ten minutes. Then put the oven in a preheated oven.

Brush the finished pies with melted butter, place on a plate and serve.
