  • - medium sized tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • - avocado -1 pc.;
  • - greens to taste (the best option is dill) - 1 bunch;
  • - lemon juice - 10 ml;
  • - olive oil - 50 ml;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1

The best place to start your appetizer is to prepare the shrimp as it takes the longest to tinker with. It is recommended to buy shrimps in shells so that during the heat treatment this delicate product does not become "rubbery".

Step 2

So, defrost the seafood first. Then put in a colander and rinse in cold running water. Squeeze out excess liquid. Put the shrimps in a preheated frying pan, without adding oil, and fry for 5 minutes. Then pour about two fingers of water into the pan. When the liquid boils, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the seafood simmer for a quarter of an hour.

If you like soy sauce, then pour the shrimp not with water, but with it. In this case, you do not need to salt and pepper the seafood. And for the piquancy of taste and aroma, add a clove of garlic, chopped into 2-3 parts, to the sauce. The shrimp will soak up the garlic spirit and add even more flavor to your snack.

While the seafood is cooking, wash the avocado and cut it in half. Gently remove the pit, and then remove all the pulp with a false one. Cut it into cubes of any size.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the inedible parts and chop into cubes the same size as the avocado. During this time, the shrimps are already cooked. Transfer them to a plate, cool slightly and remove from the shell. Cut the already peeled shrimp into large pieces.

Step 6

Now place all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add finely chopped greens there. Mix everything well and season with a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil. Melody shrimp salad is ready.
