It is necessary

  • - 20 g of black leaf tea;
  • - 2 pcs. lemon;
  • - 2 pcs. orange;
  • - 1 PC. lime;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 150 g of strawberries;
  • - 20 g fresh mint leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the mint leaves in cold running water. Hang the stems of the plant down with leaves in a shaded, cool place so that the leaves dry well and wither a little.

Step 2

Take black loose leaf tea and place it in a large teapot. It is best to take whole leaves or leaves in large pieces for brewing tea. It is better to use glass or ceramic dishes as a teapot. Do not use iron or plastic teapots, they do not fully reveal the taste of the tea leaf.

Step 3

Separate the dried mint leaves from the cutting and cut into medium pieces. Add them to the teapot to black leaf tea and pour boiling water over everything. Cover the teapot with a thick towel and let the tea brew for two hours.

Step 4

Wash your limes, oranges and lemons well. Take a fine grater and rub the peel of the lime on it. Squeeze the juice out of the remaining lime pulp. Peel and squeeze oranges and lemons.

Step 5

Wash the strawberries, dry, remove the leaves. Whisk in a blender. Add sugar, whipped strawberries, citrus juice, and lime zest to the brewed tea. Add more boiling water. The mixture must be diluted in half with boiling water and let it brew for another hour. Strain everything and cool in the refrigerator. Serve with ice cubes and citrus slices.
