  • - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • - lemon juice - 1.5 teaspoon;
  • - eggs - 1 pc;
  • - puff pastry - 800 g;
  • - ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - icing sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - sour cream - 100 g;
  • - butter - 60 g;
  • - salt - 0.25 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the apples into thin small slices, after peeling them from the peel and core with seeds. Mix the fruit mass with flour, lemon juice and granulated sugar.

Step 2

Place the puff pastry on the work surface and roll it out. Then take a dish with a round neck that is approximately 15 centimeters in diameter. Use it to cut out circles.

Step 3

Using a tablespoon, spread the apple filling on the round dough figurines so that the free edges are approximately 2 centimeters long. Add chunks of cold butter to the apple mass.

Step 4

Roll the filled dough into a semicircle and fix the edges, making them wavy. Also, use scissors to make several small cuts at the same distance along the edges of the chaussons. This way, they will not swell and burst.

Step 5

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the apple chaussons on it at some distance from each other. After beating the egg separately, gently brush the future delicacy with it.

Step 6

Place the dish in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 7

While the chaussons are baking, make the sauce for them. Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon. Add sour cream to this dry mixture. Stir until smooth and refrigerate for a quarter of an hour.

Allow the finished baked goods to cool down, then serve with sour cream sauce. Chaussons with apples are ready!
