Belgian orange coffee is distinguished by its pleasant aroma. The recipe contains alcohol, but the drink only benefits from it.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 3 glasses of strong coffee;
- - 1/2 glass of orange liqueur;
- - 1/2 cup cream;
- - 1 egg white;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla;
- - ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the protein and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl (use a mixer). You should get a strong foam.
Step 2
Add sugar, a little cinnamon to taste. Whisk again.
Step 3
Separately in a chilled bowl, beat the vanilla and chilled cream to a stiff froth. Add egg white, mix, place in four cups.
Step 4
Mix orange liqueur with hot coffee. Pour into cups.
Step 5
Sprinkle cinnamon on the finished Belgian orange coffee.
