- Ingredients for 24 donuts:

- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - 110 gr. flour;
- - 1 teaspoon and a quarter baking powder;
- - a quarter teaspoon of salt;
- - half a teaspoon of ground cardamom;
- - a quarter teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 1 large egg;
- - 20 gr. melted butter;
- - orange peel.
- For glaze:
- - 30 ml of honey;
- - 65 gr. icing sugar;
- - some milk.
Instructions
Step 1
We preheat the oven to 200C. Place molds for mini donuts on a baking sheet.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cardamom and salt. Mix the orange zest with sugar so that it is saturated with orange flavor. Add the egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract to the sugar. Whisk gently. Combine liquid ingredients with flour, knead a homogeneous dough.
Step 3
We transfer the dough into a pastry bag (or a regular bag with a cut off corner). We fill them in the donut molds.
Step 4
Bake the mini donuts for 5 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to the wire rack to cool the donuts.

At this time, we prepare the glaze. We mix the icing sugar with honey, add a little milk so that the mass resembles a not very thick cream.
