It is necessary

    • For the first recipe:
    • 400 g fish fillet (pike perch

    • 8 potatoes;
    • 2-3 tomatoes;
    • 1 head of onion;
    • 1 large carrot;
    • half a liter of fish broth or water;
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
    • 2 pieces of bay leaves;
    • 2 pieces of black peppercorns;
    • 2 sprigs of parsley
    • dill and onions;
    • salt
    • spices to taste;
    • vegetable oil;
    • juice of one lemon.
    • For the second recipe:
    • 400 g onions;
    • 300 g carrots;
    • 800 g-1 kg of fish (pike perch
    • cod
    • hake
    • pollock
    • sea bass);
    • 2 tsp tomato paste;
    • 3-4 tsp lemon juice;
    • spices to taste;
    • 1 tsp salt and pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Recipe 1. "Fish stew with potatoes." Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Season with salt, spices, sprinkle with lemon juice and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into large pieces. Cut the tomatoes and onions into rings. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Chop the greens.

Step 3

Place a deep skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Let the dishes warm up a little, add oil and put onions. Fry it until golden brown, just don't let it burn. Then add the carrots, mix everything well. Let it sit on the fire for a few more minutes until it becomes soft.

Then place the sliced potatoes there. Heat the broth or water, dilute with mayonnaise and pour over the potatoes. Add bay leaves, chopped parsley, cover and simmer, keeping heat to a minimum.

Step 5

After 10-15, open the lid, salt. Place the fish on top of the potatoes, then the tomato rings. If you see that there is little liquid in the pan, add a little. And again put to stew for another 10-15 minutes, closing the lid tightly.

Step 6

When the dish is ready, turn off the heat and let stand for another 2-3 minutes. Then open the lid, sprinkle with herbs on top and serve.

Recipe 2. "Fish stew with vegetables". Cut the fish, wash, divide into portions. Season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with aromatic spices, mix well and leave to brew. If the fish is small, you do not need to cut it.

Peel and wash the vegetables. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Pour oil into a frying pan and put on high heat. Put the onion there and, stirring continuously, fry it for one minute. Then reduce the heat, cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the onions for 5-7 minutes.

Peel and grate the carrots. Add it to the softened onion, stir and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. Open the lid occasionally and stir.

If one of the vegetables is not juicy, then the mixture may burn during sautéing. Then you need to add a little water or broth to it.

Step 12

Squeeze lemon juice into vegetables, put tomato paste, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Keep on fire for a few more minutes and remove.

Step 13

Grease a baking dish with oil. Put half of the vegetables on the bottom, then put the fish, and the remaining vegetables on top. Add a little broth to make the fish juicier. Tighten the mold with cling foil and place in the oven, preheated to 220-230 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.

Step 14

Put the finished dish on portioned plates, add the garnish, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top. The result is a delicious, nutritious and healthy dish that will not leave anyone indifferent.
